Rates for the period SEPTEMBER 16 through JUNE 15 are 45 Euros nightly, with a three night minimum. Discount applies for weekly rate, 300 Euros per week.

Rates for the period JUNE 16 through JULY 31 are 68 Euros nightly, with a three night minimum. Discount applies for weekly rate, 450 Euros per week.

Rates for the period AUGUST 1 through AUGUST 31 are 98 Euros nightly, with a three night minimum. Discount applies for weekly rate, 650 Euros per week.

Rates for the period SEPTEMBER 1 through SEPTEMBER 15 are 84 Euros nightly, with a three night minimum. Discount applies for weekly rate, 550 Euros per week.

Rental Terms

Rentals are scheduled starting at the three night minimum, or weekly and pay the rates as indicated above. Due to safety concerns (staircase and railings), this apartment is rented exclusively to adults and children 7 years and older.

Rental Rate Notes
50% required at time of reservation in order to hold space; balance due 45 days prior to check in. Reservations made less than 45 days prior to the time of rental pay entire balance. Rates are for 5 occupants MAXIMUM, children count as occupants.

Deposits
There is a 150 Euro refundable security deposit paid in cash that is due on the day the rental begins. Email us to discuss method of payment.

Refunds

REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED RESERVATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

• 45 or more days prior to check in: 100% of payment refunded;
• 30-44 days prior to check in: 50% of payment refunded;
• 15-29 days prior to check in: 25% of payment refunded;
• 14 days or less prior to check in: 0% of payment refunded
